This study reviewed academic research related to the cyberethics in the field of humanities and social sciences. The most active and vibrant field of cyberethics is Pedagogy, followed by Law, communication, philosophy, social welfare science, sociology, business administration and psychology. In the field of cyberethics every major has different research themes. The research trend of cyberethics does not reflect distinctiveness of cyberspace, remaining in previous ethical philosophy. Further, it just establishes abstract morality. In the overall research of cyberethics lacks recognition of information human rights, therefore, it shows little tendency to living ethics. Moral recognition based on information human rights should be emphasized, and multi-disciplinary study is requested for future studies.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of interpersonal face-to-face offline on identification-based trust and reciprocity norm in online world, and the effect of identificationbased trust and reciprocity norm on the intention and behavior of sharing information in online world. To understand the moderating role, the importance of information was established as a moderating variable, and an empirical analysis was conducted, focusing on the undergraduate. The results of this study are as follows. It was found that interpersonal face-to-face in offline world affects identification-based trust and reciprocity norm in online positively. A reciprocity norm of identification-based trust and reciprocity norm in online world affected by interpersonal face-to-face in offline world has a positive effect on the intention and behavior of sharing information in online, but showed that identification-based trust does not affect them significantly. And reciprocity norm has significant relationship with information sharing behavior through the intention to share information. It was found to be a partial moderating effect of importance of information on the relationship among the reciprocity norm and the intention and behavior of sharing information.

In the information age, it is common to use the computer for company’s business. Even though there are lots of investment to prevent the abuse of computer, the frequency and amount is increasing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is how individuals misusing computers in the company, and identifying factors of it separated by group and personal characteristics. Code of ethics and discipline has a significant impact on attitude and intention from the view of organizational characteristics. This proofs that code of ethics is clearly codified and reflect the management policy. So, it imprints employee’s commitment to protect themselves, and this could be conjunction with the company’s policy. Moreover, reflecting on performance assesment and discipline also has a effect. Organizational loyalty appeared significantly in attitude, but was not important in intentions. This means that the intensity of organizational loyalty is not always connected to the abuse of computer. It can be depending on individual’s tendency, psychological state and organization mood. The action for misusing the computer has a significant impact on attitude and intention. Those people might have a strong tendency to judge that it is totally fine to use the company’s computer as long as it does not harm others and using during non-business hours, instead of thinking that it is inappropriate to use the company’s computer not for business intention.
