AB - IS audit has been regarded a primary way to success IS project by many government projects. But, there are few researches to proof IS audit effectiveness practically. So, this paper checked IS audit effectiveness.
Following the research results, IS audit has an effect on IS project success.
First of all, IS audit is shown to be closely related to project costs and project periods. Finally, IS audit improved project process qualities, but this didn't link systems qualities.
