AB - This research has been done to understand the factors that have influence on information system audit and project performance. We focused on audit service factors and contextual factors which are supposed to affect audit quality, especially, due to audit quality factors indicating some influence on audit and project performance. Audit contextual factors is the environmental factors of audit. This research investigates whether some auditor's quality affects to audit purpose and customer's satisfaction or not. Therefore, We need to develop measure for audit service quality and audit fidelity. Also we need to examine closely the effect of information system audit fidelity on the customer satisfaction or audit purpose. Also Whether this audit fidelity has effect on the result of audit and customer satisfaction or not. Also this audit fidelity has effect on the performance of SI project. As the result of this research, we noticed that audit quality factors are related with project performance and audit quality could improve the performance of audit and project performance. Therefore, this research has contributed to showing the factors(Contextual Factors and Service Factors) that affect audit performance and project performance. Specialy we noticed that proposed environment factors has contributed to choose good audit company.
