ABSTRACT

The Objective of this study is to analyze the policy acceptance of NEIS in teachers of middle & high school on Seoul Metropolitan Government. For this objective, this study adopts the concept of policy acceptance, which is useful in analyzing policy implementation. And to identify how the teacher’s feel the policy acceptance of NEIS on school, survey method was adopted. The subjects of the survey were 112 teachers of middle, high school on Seoul Metropolitan Government. Based on the results and discussion of this study, major conclusions are as follows. It is necessary to make a continuous conversation and participate with teachers. The study suggests that the value and preference of teachers affect policy acception of NEIS. Finally, the study suggests the implication of effective implementation in the education information policy.
