ABSTRACT
The goal of this study is to analyze theoretical and practical issues for realizing the right form of e-Governance(Electronic governance). The outset of the academic discourse concerning e-Governance is to recognize the emerging changes of citizen-government relationships through the improvement of ICTs(Information and Communication Technology). However, discussions on e-Governance have not built the edifice of knowledge necessary to understand the political realities, diverse changes and challenges of an information age. This study is a review paper of the latest literature on e-Governance. After an overview of the underlying concepts and background of e-Governance, this paper reviews three categories of theoretical discussions: new public management, policy networks, and electronic democracy.
