Ideology of National Literature and Interpellation of Peoples in the Liberation Period

ABSTRACT

Korean modern literature in liberation period of the so-called phenomenon might be termed ‘return of the nation’ to escape from the colonial experience and memories were preoccupied in becoming a national literature as ideology of the nation=state. Kim, Song’s literatures clearly showed political situations that integrating into a single exist while interpellation subject of the nation-state building people who were differentiated by generation, class, region, gender in liberation period. Interpellation were taken how the renewed as the national subject, literature showed the narrative of growth that the underclass was to establish self identity in response building of nation-state at that time. In this sense, to consider the ideological form of Korean literature in liberation period could be one way to understand the developments of the Korean Literature as modern literature=national literature from empire-colonial system to postcolonial-the cold war system.
