ABSTRACT

A land expropriation for public benefit project is a compulsory system taking individual property rights. There is required reasonable mediation between public benefits and private benefits, and maintained impartial taking procedures and administrative relief steps. This paper is studied a land expropriation for public benefit project on Hawaii and Florida in America. It is constructed introduction, land expropriation and taking relief procedures, and conclusion. In conclusion, it is compared Korea to America taking legal system.
