AB - Police has the obligations to protect people's life, body and properties, prevent and investigate crimes, collect security information and maintain the public welfare and order including traffic regulations. Use of weapons by police in performing their duties is inevitable, but since damages to life and property may be great, its legal regulations are required.This study examines the general principles of law on using weapons of police, investigates the requirements and limitations of using weapons and is to devise the methods of maintaining security and order with a powerful execution of law by police.
