AB - Der heutige koreanische Kataster wurde am Anfang des zwanzigsten Jahrhundersts angefertigt und bis jetzt fortbestanden. Da dieses alte Katastersystem nicht mehr angemessen fr die heutige Bodennutzung ist, deswegen ist es jetzt in Korea sehr aktuelles Thema, ob die grndliche Katasterrenovierung erforderlich oder nicht. In diesem Zusammenhang werden in dieser Abhandlung insbesondere die Erforderlichkeit und die ffentlich-rechtlichen Probleme der Katasterrenovierung und der Festsetzung des Sondergesetzes fr die Katasterrenovierung untersucht.
