ABSTRACT

The value of land is changing from ownership to utilization and the acreage is also developing from the fiscal cadastral to the legal cadastral and multi-purpose cadastral. Faced with these changes, the study of acreage has had to meet the new challenges and cadastral survey management also has had to readjust its course, thus leading to the acreage resurvey project.A conflict of interests concerning land and buildings, property rights of the people, has risen along with the changes in the socio-economic environment. Advances in cadastral survey management is required to improve the utilization and preservation of the property rights of the people. This means a scientific and multi-purpose acreage administration system should be reestablished by promoting the acreage resurvey project. The acreage resurvey project can be an alternative in providing various utilization methods for national development through improving the credibility of the government and expanding the ratio of land use.(주제어) 지적행정, 토지공법, 지적재조사, 지방행정cadastral survey administration, land construction, acreage resurvey, local administration
