AB - 1.Not every personal data, but some personal data, which tells us who he is or how he is, belongs to the personal data protected by current law. 2.So, the right of data privacy reaches the data which tells us who he is or how he is, the rest data is not within the right of data privacy such as personal global positioning data and communication confirmed data. 3.In spite of the above mentioned, personal data base or personalization process through the computer network ran by ISP becomes privacy, otherwise it is anonymously processed.In short, only the equilibrium of regulation and deregulation in personal data can give us the reasonable protection of personal data and the economic growth corresponding to it.(주제어) 위치정보, 통화사실확인정보, 개인정보, 프라이버시, 통신정책
