AB - The proposed research will examine the impacts of the Homelessness Act 2011 on homelessness policy and practice throughout the Korea. Everyone shares the right to a decent standard of living. Essential to the achievement of this standard and therefore to the fulfillment of human lie beyond simple survival is access to adequate housing. Homelessness is the condition and social category of people without a regular house or dwelling because they cannot afford or are otherwise unable to maintain regular, safe, and adequate housing. The government open shelters for homeless people, but the programs of rehabilitation, management and housing program were not fit for them. Because these are not concern with housing and social exclusion. First and foremost, homeless is the problem of poverty and resident poverty above all. So the government have to supply many public houses for them with welfare services. The purpose of this paper is to punctuate an evaluation and tasks of 「Welfare and Support for the independence on the Homelessness Act」
