AB - Today, Internet environment with a sudden development of information and communication technology is changed rapidly with the digital information social environment. In the time when changes, Representative democracy system of existing will not be able to come true the genuine democracy. Today, the Internet political participation in the information society directly will overcome the problem of representative democracy and the ordinary people oneself does to make a political decision. Like this, internet political participation is solved the inactive political participation and the citizen will magnifies the chance that participates to a political decision process. Like this, internet political participation strengthens the benefit of electronic democracy today and overcomes the crisis of representative democracy. Also internet political participation actively improve value of the modern democracy.
