AB - Creative Economy means paradigm shift from imitating economy to pioneering economy. It means creative idea and integrated thought are center of economy.
In this essay, we study definition of creative economy and foreign cases on creative economy, and then a way for modifying legislation and remodelling for creative economy.
Legal backing-up for creative economy reduces abstractness of realization of creative economy and converts creative economy into a form of concrete realization. Therefore, Legal backing-up for creative economy is indispensable to realization of creative economy.
In the end, it is high time that we should rebuild a integrated legal system in a point of comprehensive view for creative economy through getting rid of barrier to creative economy
