AB - The Management and Disposition Plan of the Urban Improvement Project is the most sensitive stage to determine the final Sharing Expenses of landowners who agree with project. And it is also the most important stage to determine the success or failure of the project depending on how quickly it can be completed.
Therefore, to the efficient implementation and improvement transparency in the Urban Improvement Project, it is urgent to consider improvement by analyzing and in-depth study on the current situation of various conflicts in the stage of Management and Disposition Plan.
Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to figure out the legal conflicts and deduce improvement in the Management and Disposition Plan to implement the Urban Improvement Project efficiently.
