ABSTRACT

Japan was established national policies which overcome population decline and aging and bolster local economy to solve the concentration problems of people to Tokyo Area since 2014. To that end, national policies are defined by two bills : the "Long term Vision for Overcoming the Population Decline and Vitalizing Local Economy in Japan" and the "Comprehensive Strategy", which were approved by the Cabinet in December 2014. This study helps to look at the situation of Japanese society as a reason to enact such bills, and introduced the key provisions of the law. Korean social consciousness into one of the model of growth in Japan is very similar social phenomena, with Japan. In that sense, the creation of regions of Japan policy is in very high impact on the future, Korean society forward, and therefore local creation of Japan to realize. There is a need for legislation are interested in a comparative legal perspective and review.
