ABSTRACT

Today, crime is constantly occurring in our society, as a result public safety has always been risk. In order to solve this urgent problem, we have to think again for the prevention and suppression of crime. In the meantime, the state police have been in charge of prevention and repression of crime. However, today's society is complex and the state police apply uniformly to conduct work. Therefore, the national police have limit responsible for the safety of the community. Therefore, municipal police should be responsible for the security of the community. Because, the municipal police know well the area and they can afford a more effective. To do this, the country should be introduced municipal police system. The Korea Coast Guard was disbanded in 2014 due to the sinking accident. and The Korea Coast Guard (KCG) was in charge of the Marine Police. Thus function of the information and investigation was transferred to the police headquarters, and The Korea Coast Guard was reduced. The Korea Coast Guard have been causing some confusion due to the dismantling of the police work of the land and ocean. I believe that alternative development is desperate for it. Therefore, I shall refrain current state of the uniform crime prevention police for crime prevention in the community in this paper, and I would like to consider with respect to crime prevention measures that operating system suitable for regional characteristics. So I investigated about the management plan of the Crime Prevention system suitable for regional characteristics in this paper.
