ABSTRACT

Today we live in a globalization era. In the globalization era, regulation reforms should be seen as inevitable. Advances in transportation and information technology have led to advances in world governance, and corporate capitalism has led to global domination. Today corporate capitalism has become a predominant role in various social issues and human issues, and multinational enterprises representing corporate capitalism have become deeply involved in various aspects of contemporary life. If foreign capital has demanded reforms in host country, but fails to pursue its investment plans, it will take measures to protect its investment by discouraging its investment plans. The foreign capital sometimes tries to protect its investment by relying on an investigator-state disputes resolution. In the era of globalization, another initiatives of regulatory reform are alien variables such as the World Bank, multinational corporation, and corporate capitalism. They are expected to constantly assert reforms in regulations that hinder their interests in pursuing their own interests, but the true aim of regulatory reforms should be to improve the quality of regulations and improve Korean’s the health and public welfare.
