AB - 室町期抄物玉塵抄には、慣用的に用いられていた漢字、漢語の讀み方について「ヨミクセ･クセ」「ヨミツケ」などと言う語が見出される。玉塵抄における「ヨミクセ・クセ」「ヨミツケ」などの讀み癖がどのような讀み方において用いられていたのか、また、讀み癖と當時の吳音・漢音との關わりや讀書音、一般音との關わりなども交えながら考えてみた。その結果、次のようなことが明らかになった。①「ヨミクセ」は史記漢書での特別な讀み方を言う語で、一般的な讀書音とも一般音とも異なっている。②「ヨミツケ」は、漢籍の漢語や人名・地名などに廣く用いられていた語で、漢籍での正統な讀書音ではないが、當時一般には廣く用いられている音③「ヲシツケ(ヨミ)」は、史記漢書を勉强していない人の讀み方を言う語で、當時の讀書音としても一般音としても用いられていた音④「名目ヅカイ」は、平安初期以前に成立した旧仏敎や公家その他に伝統的に伝わっていた讀み方を言う語で、讀書音でもなく、一般音ではない特別の音であった。
