AB - ‘教授の情熱のこもった授業だけが学生を感動させることができる’という言葉がある。このような情 熱は、何よりも学生に対する無限の愛情と、彼らの可能性に対する信念に基づかなければ学生た ちを感動させることはできないと考える。学生を感動させる良い教授法は、学生が共感する授業方 式を意味し、共感は学生たちの集中力を引き出して内的․外的動機を呼び起こすことになる。 本論文で考察したマイレージ加算点制はマイレージという外からの報償を与えることによって学 生たちの内的な動機化までも触発させる方法である。本論文では、これまで教えてきた科目を 中心にその間使ってきた動機誘発のためのマイレージ加算点付与方式と並行して、今後実行し たいマイレージ加算点制活用方式を共に例示してみた。しかし与えられる報償にこだわって学習 過程を楽しむことのできない学生だと、実生活を通しての将来にわたる効率的な学習法としては 発展できないであろう。そのためにマイレージ加算点付与は、努力する過程と組織に対する協 同力、傾聴など、人に対する配慮までも慎重に評価して提供しなければならない。 21世紀の多様な地球村の考え方を受け入れて共存するには、共同体の中での学習が必要 なため、筆者の担当するすべての授業に5～7人単位でグループを作り、お互いの足りない点を 補完し、学習の進んだ学生たちが知識を実践する場として活用できるようにした。 教育の目的は、肯定的に変化した実力を備えた学習者を育てるところにある。学生の内的․外 的動機を刺激して学習を楽しんで未来の生活を追求するようにすることが何よりも重要である。このよう な動機誘発方法としてマイレージ加算点制授業方案は非常に有効に作用するであろう。 * マイレージ加算点の主な付与方式を整理すれば次のとおりである。 (1) 自律的に参加した科目の総リーダーとグループ別リーダーに対する加算。 (2) 定期的及び不定期的試験の成績向上に対する加算。 (3) 自身の次期試験点数を予想し、達成した学生に対する加算。 (4) 中間、期末考査成績の上昇幅による優秀者に対する加算。 (5) 積極的な授業参加と出/欠席に対する加算。 (6) 授業内容の応用実践など授業過程の努力に対する加算。 (7) 課題の誠実な実行に対する加算。 (8) 全体とグループに対する協調心が優れた学生に対する加算。 (9) 学期終了後、個人マイレージ加算点を合算して基準により差別加算。
