Differentiated policies for the Japanese disability welfare service needs Chong, Hee-Kyong In this paper, we analyze the social welfare policy of Japan's failure to the elderly. An object of the present invention is to provide a direction for disabled elderly Korean people related policies established that created confusion. Third, there is a need for the development of a transmission system and the support system. For this purpose, there is a need for training of professionals to help people with intellectual disabilities and mental disabilities of the physical characteristics are of the disabled elderly. In addition, facilities such as short stay and small group homes also required. Fourth, to limit the abolition and the maximum amount of self-contribution for the service use, failure of the elderly must not occur if you want to abandon the services available in the burden of self-contribution.
