ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to consider the historical background of the school song’s birth, the cause of it’s growth, a content analysis of the school song, it’s influence that reaches the school culture and ethnic education in Japanese-Korean Ethnic school. The method of study used collected data for Japan field survey and interview investigation for the analysis of the paper from July 21st until 31th 2016. Three main study results given below. First, the growth process of the postwar ethnic school, the foundation of the ethnic school was regularized by opposition against the assimilation education of the colonization period Japan. Second, the school song took charge of a role in the consciousness of opposition about the ethnic school oppression and ideology of independence and national awareness according to the ethnic school crisis in the Joseon school since 1980's. Third, the school song content contributed to the Korean culture and identity of the Korean school and the national awareness inspiration and feeling of solidarity formation in Joseon school. In conclusion, the ethnic school song was made through the Japanese political situation and ethnic awareness of crisis of Japanese-Korean.
