ABSTRACT

Foreign students in high school feel anger, but they cannot express their anger properly. In this study, a rough direction of anger expression education was suggested. Foreign high school students had difficulty expressing their anger, had not received proper anger expression education, and had a weak will to solve their problems through anger expression. Therefore, after teaching them vocabulary and expression related to anger expression, they should be educated to face and reflect on anger emotions, and then to express their anger to others and to empathize with others’ anger emotions. After that, they should be educated to solve their anger-inducing situations and problems in language, and attitude education is also necessary. The significance of this study is as follows. First, a new research subject that was not well dealt with in the field of Korean language education was discovered. Second, the perspective was changed from education centered on the ability to use Korean to express emotions in Korean.
