AB - The purpose of this study is to clarify narrative structure of texts of non - smoking TV commercials through semantic methodology. As a result, the confrontation between 'alienation and harmony' existing in the superficial structure was generated based on the opposition to 'harmful damage' existing in the deep structure, and the narration structure expressed through the confrontation of misunderstanding about alienation. In other words, this study combines the negative value of smoking and the people who ignore it in the superstructure and confronts the obvious value of social life in the social structure in the deep structure, and then the smokers in the discourse structure can harmonize with people through smoking cessation I was able to show through the characters and the situation so that I can recognize the possibility of being able to recognize it naturally.
