AB - The purpose of this study is to find constructive alternatives by analyzing that the retirement system for the career soldiers impacts on job security and weather adopting the salary peak system is acceptable or not. In order to achieve the objective of the present study, we surveyed 305 people who are long-term professional soldiers serving in the army. The results of the study are as follows. First, the retirement system of the professional soldiers was to affect the job security, also to influence their children's education and marriage of funding, a relaxation of military pension deficit and early loss prevention personnel of Excellence. Second, the extension of retirement system has affected a salary peak system introduced, and it is time to give positive consideration to introduce the salary peak system. Third, remove the soldier's rank and served in the occupation period and the diversification of the longer period of the service relationship duration difference appeared positive.
