AB - 現在國內有幾種韓文標音方案，但還沒有統一的標準方案。從1997年以來，有些報社使用敎育部所制定的方案，但這裏面也有許多問題。許多學者都很關心韓文標音方案，都感到制定統一標準方案的必要性。已有的方案除了臺灣閩南語的以外，都是關於普通話的。本論文用韓文來給廣東話標音。廣東話的語音系統跟韓國話的不同，某些地方不太符合，但盡量努力地接近於廣東話的語音系統。現代韓語中沒有的音素，借用中世韓語中的字母和國際音標。
廣東話也稱爲粤語。廣東話是中國南方地區使用的重要漢語方言，它流行的區域廣，使用的人口多至七八千萬。作爲廣東話的代表地區廣州，在十多年的改革、開放活動中也顯示了十分重要的政治的、經濟的、文化的地位和作用。廣州話在中國海內外的交際活動中，日益呈現它的重要性。在韓國有些人對廣東話有興趣，並且他們要學廣東話。廣東話的發音還保留一些古代漢語的因素，因此初學的時候很難懂。有韓文標音方案的話，更容易了解。現在還沒有統一的用韓文來給廣東話標音的方案，本方案中肯定存在不足，但是希望韓國初學者能以此更快、更容易了解廣東話的語音系統和發音。
