AB - 隐喻和转喻普遍存在。从本质上说，隐喻和转喻不只是一种语言现象，而是人类普遍的一种概念体系。这种概念隐喻和概念转喻都是人类重要的认知模式，对身体词的各种意义又是通过隐喻和转喻扩张的意义。人类自身的身体部位，作为人类最熟悉的事物之一，在构造概念和理解世界的过程中，起着重要的作用。汉语的‘脸’和‘面’和韩语的‘얼굴’和‘낯’均属身体词，都是一词多义。本文从隐喻和转喻的概念入手，通过身体词‘脸’和‘面’和韩语的‘얼굴’和‘낯’的韩中对比，对汉语的‘脸’和‘面’和韩语的‘얼굴’和‘낯’所产生的隐喻性和转喻性语义扩张与概念化情况进行分析，呈现了在概念化上的隐喻性和转喻性词语延伸过程。本文通过对两种语言的对比分析，发现了汉语的‘脸’和‘面’、韩语的‘얼굴’和‘낯’都存在着10种共同的概念隐喻或转喻，可以归纳出10种共同的概念化类型。此外，从表面上有差异的语言现象的背后往往蕴涵着共同的认知机制，反映出人类思维的普遍性。
