AB - Korean Society is changing into multicultural society rapidly. The researcher got reasearching analysis on the cognition of multicultural changing. 1) There is a racially homogeneous nation consciousness in Korea. But we can see a acceptable attitudes of multiracial and multicultural changing. 2) Citizenship for immigrant people and children, employing English as official language, internet broadcasting using the mother tongues. 3) In spite of the positive attitude of immigrant, there are knowledge shortages of law of multicultural families, international relationship and exchange. 4) Internal or external conflicts are on an increasing trend and serious social problem of Korean society. How can solve the problem of various conflicts. This paper concludes with the four developing models with transcultural cognition spread, understanding education, language communication, and international exchange experiences.
