AB - The purpose of this paper is to inquire into the problems of copyright in korean church. That is, I study on the aim, subject and methodology. In the beginning,moral philosophers adopted the property into copyright. And I study on the history of copyright. The computer revolution is not merely technological,it is fundamentally social and ethical. Hence we need a new understanding that takes a concrete korean christian ethical context in consideration and deals with new moral issues beyond each particular case-study. For the church has only a superficial understanding of the copyright. And we need a new approach to the copyright that is community of character.
