I studied the human relations based on the philosophy of Jung Je-Doo. Jung was a key person in the Kang-Wha Hak as well as the originator of the Korean Yang-Ming doctrines. There are basically 5 relations in Asian philosophy, which is called “moral rules to govern the Five Human Relations.”Among these relations, I first focused on the relationship between parents and children in the present study. The key factor to define this relationship is filial piety and love(慈孝). In the doctrines of Wang Yang-ming, filial piety and love is a good practical example in terms of the view of the agreement of knowledge and practice (知行合一) since filial piety and love is meaningless without a practice. Second, I also looked at the background ethics of the human relations in Jung’s philosophy. Jung’s philosophical views clearly showed that he cared for other people. Jung grew in a poor family, and he thought the consideration of others was the principle attitude in human relations. This principle attitude was expressed as sincerity and truthfulness. The consideration of others is a process of self-examination and self-conquest. It is also a practical activity to achieve the goal as a philosopher. The consideration of others is also partly based on truthfulness and practice in of Practical Science. Jung’s philosophy was toward the sincere Practical Science including true patriotism, filial piety, Chee-Ji (致知), Kyok-Mool (格物). Finally, I looked at the Jung’s educational philosophy. If we looked at his educational philosophy based on the current ones, we would find more negative aspects than positive aspects. For example, his philosophy reflected the . His philosophy strongly agreed with the and , and it was the limitation of his philosophy.

In this article, I would like to explore a little further the proper direction and existing problems of humanistic education which correctional public service producing agency and protection public service producing agency including prison and reformatory have put into operation for correction of prisoner for a long time by path-dependence. As space is limited, I concentrated on the discussion to the humanistic education which is involved in prison and reformatory. First of all, I discussed the basic concept and organization mechanism of correctional public service agency and protection public service agency. Therefore, I raised my critical stance about humanistic education of correctional public service agency and protection public agency against the existing study. I discussed the content of humanistic education program in prison and reformatory. The proper direction and problems of humanistic education program can be classified into five main groups : beginning time, operation body, client, content, assessment.

The purpose of this study is to suggest Hyo Education to improve the leadership of children by proving the relationship between leadership of children and Hyo consciousness and Hyo conduct. Therefore, this study will provide implications for leadership and Hyo education for the child. The result of this research are as follows; 1) How is the relationship of Hyo consciousness and leadership of children? As the result, Hyo consciousness have the positive correlation with the 7 factors of leadership (communication skill, decision making skill, relationship skill, learning ability skill, group management skill, self-understanding skill, group activity skill. It means that the higher the level of Hyo consciousness is, the better children’s leadership is. 2) How did Hyo consciousness and conduct affect on children’s leadership? In general, Hyo conduct in society that is one of Hyo conduct, had the greatest affect on the leadership of children, the survey said. It reflects that the more Hyo conduct in society that is one of Hyo conduct has better influence to the leadership of children. Therefore it proves that the improvement healthy mutual relationship of Hyo education is related with leadership improvement. Through such the result, I suggest that the practical Hyo education on the spot is the process to produce relationship-centered leadership
