AB - The purpose of this study is to suggest Hyo Education to improve the leadership of children by proving the relationship between leadership of children and Hyo consciousness and Hyo conduct. Therefore, this study will provide implications for leadership and Hyo education for the child.
The result of this research are as follows; 1) How is the relationship of Hyo consciousness and leadership of children? As the result, Hyo consciousness have the positive correlation with the 7 factors of leadership (communication skill, decision making skill, relationship skill, learning ability skill, group management skill, self-understanding skill, group activity skill. It means that the higher the level of Hyo consciousness is, the better children’s leadership is.
2) How did Hyo consciousness and conduct affect on children’s leadership? In general, Hyo conduct in society that is one of Hyo conduct, had the greatest affect on the leadership of children, the survey said. It reflects that the more Hyo conduct in society that is one of Hyo conduct has better influence to the leadership of children.
Therefore it proves that the improvement healthy mutual relationship of Hyo education is related with leadership improvement. Through such the result, I suggest that the practical Hyo education on the spot is the process to produce relationship-centered leadership
