AB - This study is to consider the relationships between the Hyo consciousness and self-efficiency who are Korean women and marriage immigrants women.
I analyzed that how korean's Hyo consciousness different through Korean women and marriage immigrants women. And we consider the relationships between Hyo consciousness and self-efficiency and analyze a influence between the factors.
I wish to recover the Hyo consciousness in multicultural society and keep it that is suitable to today's and future society. Also we are looking forward to inspire the efficiency about themselves.
This shows through the statistics that Korean women's Hyo consciousness is lower than the marriage immigrant's women. It means Korean's Hyo consciousness is threatened. So it is important to recover that consciousness. It is because if Korean women isn't became the model about the Hyo consciousness, it can be caused the serious problem of family in multicultural society.
Consquently, we must prevent this problem and Korean women must model to Hyo consciousness. Then the marriage women will have Hyo consciousness and will preserve it and can be their life.
