AB - The subject is modern 'Care' study of welfare. This purpose of paper is to study 'HYO(Filial piety)' has connection with 'Care', them have any characteristics. Care handle science of nursing Inside of small category, but it is lifetime also. Specially Care is moving from individual to country. The traditional notion Care of HYO emphasize that parents bring up his children, and children respect his parents. But the modern notion Care of HYO emphasize that parents training his children, and children take charge of his parents of survival also. Consequentially the modern notion Care of HYO is intense duty for spirit and material. It is great relative importance of individual and different our thinking that welfare statism. Perhaps this phenomenon influence korea confucian ideas, therefore there are some problems when application to develop of modern society. Now we have to change notion of HYO, or help state policy will be to do personal Care.
