AB - Most of the families of these times take a form of nuclear family, and this first generation-centered financial string features in such families. Social structural issues in relation to the decreasing, aging population of the modern society, an era of demographic cliff, the losses of traditional and ethical values, human alienation, the problem of the aged and others are bringing about an outcome that prevents family functions from being properly performed. In addition, in this situation of how unsatisfactorily these demanded roles of each family member are being fulfilled, serious family problems such as immoral families, parricides, the absence of family significance, dysfunctional families, parentification, the empty nest syndrome, the avoidance to look after parents and others are being committed, and that is what forces the families to a crisis of family disorganization.
In order to discuss re-construction of perception on family members’ roles and to search for modern significance of parent support and respect for senior neighbors, this study offers performance that is required to parents and children and then looks into process of reformation and habituation.
