ABSTRACT

Problem-solving of incidents it is to solve the problems of the psychology? The two opinions, 'yes' or ‘it is necessary to understand explanation'. I say that it is possible to explanation from quadrant theory of Ken Wilber. We knew the dignity of life in a huge accident, Also it know a problem that caused this lack of personality in people from other accident. In addition, human values education when supported by a system of legislation, there can gauge its effectiveness is 'integral theory'. In other words, integration is not just that you only put together, comprehensive in terms of the quadrant segmented areas, and that can be blended together to help. it can be together so interested Filial piety law but been enough discussion and preparation for the establishment, it is not going to be seven years but, personality law has progressed rapidly during the first time it is to be enacted, including self-government in accordance with its implementing regulations. Filial piety law that it is necessary to improve awareness, implementation of the law to express the achievements of the fact that it is necessary to revise the check, personality law concept as much as a wide circle of personalities, recieving variety of content strategies for securing of stakeholders in relation to education contributes to the spread of law. But, both laws clearly not solved the challenge must be to have the budget.
