This study examines the effects of integration, syncretism, and ideology, In particular, we look for ways to promote this and promote it. In addition, we propose integrated coaching to integrate the practice of 'Coaching Studies', which is a separate discipline. After screening, only the content that is relevant of Hyo, related to human development, the pre-modern, modern and postmodern presentation of the material accepted Ken Wilber's integral approach. Was to develop a program of practical Focusing on the effect of the second half of serving the parents, We will discuss measures for practicing the method according to the level so that we can practice it. It is divides into traditional, reflexive, whole mind, Followed by the quadrants and levels, results could be summarized by ‘Care of body, Achieving gloy’, ‘Respect’, ‘Obedience’, ‘pleasure of parents’, ‘Care of mouth and build’ and 'Care of heart‘, also 'Care of helth’, ‘Care of sprit’, 'Manner', 'Guide', 'Advice', 'Succession'. In other words, filial piety begin by establishing my body, serve parents, and by expanding the target of social piety finally, to contribute to the development of humanity. In summary, coaching can provide a practical direction. Establish relationships with those who are affected and those who do, And explain their mutual consideration and understanding.
