AB - Through the 1990s with the graving and dominance of neo-liberalism, korean society met the social, family crisis inclusive of the unbalanced layering of elderly bracket and de-familization. In response to these crisis, korean government has implemented diverse aged welfare policy. But the capitalization of aged care owing to the difference of economic power has still continued from the 1990s and the socialization of aged care is not being doing.
Therefore peripheral aged has been excluded in the diverse aspect and general home owing to the unclean family flower have beared time, economic, social, hyo burden which might cause family crisis. There is a limit to solving these problems by the existing hyo-culture and welfare system. Technology which has developed in the 4-industrial revolution is capable of working as complementary factor to the existing aged welfare.
Therefore, we asserted in this article the appropriateness and the pratical measures of hyo-robot for the socialization of the aged welfare inclusive of hyo-culture.
