AB - Our family regulation have weakened as our society`s anomie and its social polarization progress due to neo-liberalism and growth-oriented national development policy since 1970s contray to the past which Hyo culture had played public serive role. Especially, since 2000`s, capitalization and individualization of caregiving burden has been continued and has been accelerated due to diverse problems of Korean welfare policies, fading of hyo culture, increase in the chronic disease of the elderly due to the rapid progress of againg. As a result, increasing caregiving homicide and caregiving suicide has long been a social problem but there were few countermeasures against them. Therefore, in this paper, I insisted on causes and psychological mechanism of caregiving crime and looked for countermeasures against caregiving crime through interdisciplinary approach including hyo culture, medical, welfare policy, administrative policy, four-demensional engineering, social policy, economic policy, criminal policy and so on.
