The second period(1949-1953), propelled Land Reform, that confiscate the landowner's and rich farmer's land and equally redistributed in the frame of continuing the existence of private land ownership over the whole country. And the third period(1953-1983), propelled collective and public ownership by establishing and managing Agricultural Collaboration Community and Peoples Comune. This study analyzed each process and the main issues on the point of the land ownership relation, and in the conclusion, synthesize the land policy implication for general aspects and for the aspects of unification process between South and North Korea.
