AB - The purpose of this paper is to examine how the processes of merged-organization accomplish of successful integrative corporation. The merged organization of public agencies is meant to activate the role and function as a policy instrument. According to the perspective of merger theory, this study analyzes organizational objectives and practical methods regarding the process of merged organization. The objective of merged organization is influenced from various factors in the contents of practical programs. Also, this research investigates various integrative programs effecting the role and function of merged organizations. Based on the results, this research maintains policy implications as practical methods for the success of merged organizations.
