AB - The future constitution of a Unified Korea should be constructed by expanding and developing the spirit of humanity and democratic republic based on the universal spirit of the South Korean Constitution founded on liberal democracy and humanism. In this paper, the present situation and problems of cyber crime in South Korea as of 2016 are analyzed. It is argued in this paper that the legal system needs to be improved in the direction of ultimately promoting the happiness of citizens.
