AB - This is an abstract on U.S. military aid and sales to Korea from perspectives of International Relations.
U.S. military assistance toward Korea during 1976～1980 years were provided, considering U.S. troops withdrawal policy from Korea in president Carter's administrative. And U.S. programs have been moderated political, military objectives through military aides in accordance with intervention level. president Carter's administrative had adjusted size of FMS sales toward Korea in order to smooth troops withdrawal execution from perspectives of international security. Therefore military sales policy to Korea was changed accordingly with international and domestic circumstances & military strategic changes. but military sales policy and objectives had showed consistency generally.
