ABSTRACT

I first start to discuss about rationalism and, with this discussion, suggest a new vision which is out of old medical system having difficult problems which can disturb a development of medical society. I argument that though we knew only a little people have reason and rationality, rationalism know us we all have same reason and rationality. I observe how to be introduced ‘contract’ term in history of rationalism. And I verify that how ‘contract’ term is applied into the relation between physician and patent. I examine the advantage over disadvantage of reciprocal view which the contract model is belong to by this discussion about how ‘contract’ term is applied into the relation between physician and patent. I introduce Veatch’s four model of the relation between physician and patent in odrder to evaluation of reciprocal view. Contrasting with paternalism which is focussed on role of reason and reciprocal view which have an inclination to an establishment by ‘contract’ term in relation between physician and patent, I will suggest the possibility of a advisable relation between physician and patent.
