ABSTRACT

Shin Chae-ho expressed the problem of anarchist violence through Gung-hyeon in "An iron hammer of the King Ilmok". "A declaration of Korea's Revolution" also reflects the traces of Buddhist thought. However, after he realized that Buddhist thinking alone can not end colonialism, he accepted anarchism. Walter Benjamin presented Judaism anarchist violence by comparing mythical violence and divine violence in "Zur kritik der gewalt". However, in the "Franz Kafka" he recognized the violence of modern society from the perspective of Judaism, recognizing the limits of divine violence. In short, Shin Chae-ho tried to abolish the Buddhist worldview by combining Buddhism and anarchism and to practice anarchism directly. Walter Benjamin, on the other hand, fused Judaism with anarchism, critically recognizing the anarchist practice and mediating Judaism and historical materialism.
