We investigated various types of machine learning methods that can be applied to censored data. Exploratory data analysis reveals the distribution of each feature, relationships among features. Next, classification problem has been set up where the dependent variable is death_event while the rest of the features are independent variables. After applying various machine learning methods to the data, it has been found that just like many other reports from the artificial intelligence arena random forest performs better than logistic regression. But recently well performed artificial neural network and gradient boost do not perform as expected due to the lack of data. Finally Kaplan-Meier and Cox proportional hazard model have been employed to explore the relationship of the dependent variable (t_ｉ, δ_ｉ) with the independent variables. Also random forest which is used in machine learning has been applied to the survival analysis with censored data.

This study tried to analyze the growth background of Starbucks, a competitive company in the Korean coffee industry. Therefore, by using the STEEP analysis technique, each company's competitiveness was analyzed and the results were used to derive competitive factors. And the research results are as follows. Looking at the social aspect, economic activity has been a catalyst for women as the standard of living has increased due to economic growth. In addition, in the case of coffee culture in the past, Starbucks' response strategy, which has seen the transformation from vending machine mixed coffee culture to a consumer market that emphasizes cultural and spatial aspects, was effective. Looking at the technical aspect, the deviation has been reduced by securing uniform standardization of the taste of coffee beans at franchise stores, and the operation of a standardized operating system was possible by operating the store directly. And looking at the economic aspect, as the coffee consumption market continues to expand, the overall size of the market has also grown proportionally, creating a stable growth environment. Lastly, looking at the environmental and policy aspects, it is that the marketing strategy direction based on the policy activities as an eco-friendly company as a market leader has been the main focus of the recent policy direction emphasizing eco-friendliness.

The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between parents' adult attachment, resilience, and psychological well-being, as it is inferred that infants and toddlers attending daycare centers will be directly or indirectly affected by their parents' adult attachment type. For this study, a total of 247 copies of the SPSS 12.0 statistical program were used for analysis, except for 43 copies where data were omitted after a questionnaire was conducted on 300 parents (150 parents and 150 mothers) of daycare centers located in Gyeonggi Province. Looking at the results of this study, first, it was confirmed that the general characteristics of parental adult attachment, self-recovery elasticity, and psychological well-being stimulate normality statistically. Second, the relationship between adult attachment and self-recovery elasticity was verified as a negative relationship, and it was confirmed that it had a significant effect. Third, it was confirmed that the relationship between adult attachment and psychological well-being was verified as a negative relationship and had a significant effect. As a follow-up study, we propose a phenomenological study of the mediating effect of psychological well-being on the influence of parents' adult attachment on self-recovery elasticity, parental attachment, resilience, and psychological well-being with infants and toddlers.
