ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of childcare teacher's expertise on job performance through organizational effectiveness and to provide basic data for job performance improvement. Statistical processing of the collected data was analyzed using SSPP PC+ Win. Ver. 21.0 and AMOS ver. 21. First, the higher the professionalism of the childcare teacher, the higher the job performance. In other words, the higher the professionalism of the childcare teacher, the higher the job performance. Second, it was found that a high level of expertise of childcare teacher had a significant positive effect on organizational effectiveness, but professional skill did not affect organizational effectiveness. Third, it was found that organizational effectiveness had a direct effect on job performance in the relationship between the organizational effectiveness of childcare teacher on job performance. Fourth, in the relationship between the professionalism of childcare teacher and job performance, organizational effectiveness was found to have a mediating effect. This study suggested a plan for improving the job performance of childcare teacher.
