ABSTRACT

Competition in real estate companies is getting fiercer, and securing talent is the core of corporate management. The employee retirement rate of real estate companies is higher than that of other industries, which has a direct effect on the compensation value for corporate work. This study analyzed the factors of expected value on retirement and verified the mediating effect of work compensation cognitive value. From March to May 2025, a survey was conducted on 280 Chinese real estate consultants to collect data, and correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis on sample data were performed using SPSS 28.0. As a result of the study, first, expected value had a significant positive effect on retirement, second, expected value had a significant positive effect on work compensation cognitive value, third, work compensation cognitive value and retirement had a significant positive effect, and fourth, work compensation cognitive value was found to have a mediating effect between expectation and retirement. This study analyzes the relationship between expected value, work compensation recognition value, and turnover among Chinese real estate consultants and shows that it can be used as a new management model necessary for excellent human resource management.
