ABSTRACT

This study focuses on humanistic management as an alternative approach to addressing "Digital Alienation" and emotional isolation among organizational members arising from the spread of generative AI and Digital Transformation (DX). To this end, 1,644 articles published in the Gamsananum Newspaper over the past five years (2021–2025) were collected. Among them, 379 selected text samples underwent TF-IDF weighted analysis and LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) topic modeling. The analysis revealed that discourses in the AI era are characterized by a clear contrast between crisis factors, such as technological stimuli and existential solitude (Topics 1 and 4), and humanistic response mechanisms, including friendly communication, Visual Management (VM), and gratitude writing (Topics 3, 5, and 6). Notably, the study identified an integrated structure linking internal innovation (VM) and external social value (ESG). Based on these findings, the study developed the "Emotional Connection and Humanity Restoration Mechanism" model, illustrating how technology-driven environmental stimuli converge into organizational cohesion through emotional recovery mechanisms. This research has academic and practical significance in systematically examining how uniquely human emotional values can serve as essential psychological buffers and social technologies for sustainable management in an era of technological omnipotence.
