ABSTRACT
The study has the purpose to find a perspective that can live Koreans defectors area around the settlement and employment measures.
To do this, first look at the related settlement areas of North Korean defectors and employment status and the existing theoretical discussion, through the questionnaire and analysis of the North Korean defectors living in Daejeon city is located in the central region of their settlement in employment and in the community employment issues were discussed and the countermeasures for the sustainable and stable fixing to go take a look at that.
