AB - This study investigated resilience, academic burnout, and clinical practice stress among 134 paramedic students with clinical practice experience. Resilience showed a significant negative correlation with academic burnout (r = −.32, p < .001). In the hierarchical regression analysis, resilience (β = −.28, p = .001), academic year (β = −.18, p = .027), and academic achievement (β = −.21, p = .014) were associated with academic burnout. Students in higher academic years reported lower levels of academic burnout, whereas those with higher academic achievement tended to report higher burnout levels. For clinical practice stress, neither resilience nor academic achievement showed significant associations, while academic year remained significant (β = −.23, p = .009). The findings indicate that academic burnout and clinical practice stress may reflect different aspects of students' educational experiences. While academic burnout was associated with resilience and academic characteristics, clinical practice stress appeared to be linked more closely to factors beyond individual psychological resources. These results may contribute to the development of student support and educational interventions in paramedic education.
